Training Center operates in a 10,000 square foot, climate
controlled facility just off Hwy. 316 and Hwy 29/8.
Convenient to area schools, the local parks & recreation
department, and the Winder YMCA, Extreme wishes to
provide athletes with superior tumbling skills while
encouraging all students to achieve more than their
dreams! When your toddler is flipping off your sofa or your
teenager longs for that roundoff backhandspring backtuck,
we can provide them with the essential tumbling skills they
will need to excel in any sport.
We specialize in intense tumbling training, and insist on
keeping student to teacher ratios low. Tumbling students
can learn skills in an accelerated learning environment
without the distractions of other gymnastic apparatus.
Our classes in tumbling, trampoline, dance, and
cheerleading focus on fitness education, skill performance,
and fun! Parents & siblings of athletes completing classes
can view the entire gym from our upstairs or downstairs
viewing areas. We also have wireless broadband access for
parents that need to be able to work on the go.

New years came to Extreme with a BLAST of
excitement! The lock-in was great fun and
athletes young and old enjoyed tumbling games,
trampoline training and of course...Fireworks!
