| Preschool Cheer Squads: our preschool cheerleaders practice once per week for 45 minutes. We have classes for 3, 4, and 5 year olds. The 3 year old class is called our Rah Rah Squad because little girls at this age love to chant together. Emphasis at this level is placed on working together and memorizing words with motions. Our 4 year old squad is our Spirit Squad. Girls learn to show spirit, complete cheer routines, tumble, jump & stunt. Our 5 year olds practice on our Pom Pom Squad, where they learn to use poms in routines, and also perform cheer, jump, stunt and tumble sequences. |

| White Squad Cheer: our White Squad athletes are 5 to 7 years old and practice once a week for one hour. Each athlete will gain an understanding of the fundamentals of cheerleading, and learning to work together will play a major role in each child's development. Strength, flexibility, skill recognition, memorization of movements in routines, and showing personality will be introduced during each class. Basic motions and jumps will be performed in cheerleading routines as well as beginner stunts, such as the pyramid, thigh stand, and horse n' rider. |

| Gold Squad Cheer: our Gold Squad is designed for our older athletes who love cheering and have a good understanding of cheerleading skills. This class works on combining jump and tumble skills in routines and cheers. Athletes in this class are 8 to 12 years and practice once per week for one hour. Multiple jump connections, tumble jump connections and partner stunting safety, are some of the skills that will make up our extensive cheer training workout. |

| Stunting 101: this class is for 6-10 year olds and practices once per week for forty five minutes, on partner & group stunts. Athletes will learn tosses, holds, and cradles. Stunting Xcel: this class is for athletes 10 years and up and will work on advanced tosses, cradles and flier positions, such as the arabesque', scorpion, bow and arrow, and the show & go. Athletes will learn how to catch, spot and fly for skills such as the full down, double down, & hitch kick cradle. This class meets once per week for forty five minutes. |
