Hip Hop Kids:  this Hip Hop class is for athletes 6 to 14, that wish to work on fast-paced
movement to the tempo in a beat. Students learn to move to counts and how to vary the
counts based on the music style. Working all of the muscle groups, this class will build
memorization skills, timing, and creativity all while boosting self confidence. This class
meets once a week for one hour and is great for cheerleaders, performance groups, and
those that love to move to music!
Hip Hop Adults: old school, and fast paced this hip hop workout class is all movement!
Dancers will learn advanced hip hop movements and routines that will enhance
coordination, endurance, and tone muscles with quick large muscle movements all while
enabling fat burn!
Acro Dance:  our acro class is for athletes 7 and up that wish to work on tumbling skills
for dance. Acro skills include, rolls, cartwheels, front and back walk overs, back and front
handsprings, and aerials. This class meets once per week for 30 minutes to work on this
type of tumbling that can be executed in a dance routine.


Company Dance: athletes wishing to show their dance skills competition style, are invited to try out for our Company Dance
competition team. This team will perform at local Extreme events, parades, school demonstrations, and possibly travel away to two
competitions per year. This year, two athletes will be representing Extreme during the Myrtle Beach Cheerleading and Dance
National Championships! Athletes must be 7 years old or older to try-out. Try-out information will be posted here soon!
