We offer an exciting recreational trampoline and tumbling program for our athletes that love to bounce, flip and fly! This program is structured similar to our competition trampoline and tumbling team program, following all USAG guidelines for trampoline and tumbling progressions. Our trampoline is not your normal backyard tramp as most gyms offer. We have two Olympic size competition trampolines with a very elastic bed able to propel athletes as high as 30' in the air! Our tumbling training floor is not an ordinary spring floor, it is an 84' dynamic fiberglass rod floor able to boost athletes higher than a basketball goal during somersault rotations.

Tumbling Training Center

We have three events on which students will practice skills and routines on:
the rod floor, the trampoline, and the double mini trampoline. The double mini
trampoline is a unique trampoline that encourages athletes to start from a run
and then propel their momentum upward as they mount the trampoline, then
to perform jump and somersault skills in the middle of the trampoline bed, and
finish in a controlled landing on a landing mat. Athletes will practice on our two
Olympic size trampolines learning to bounce with control and height, and
moving on to performing other tramp skills such as front drops, somersaults,
and the barani. Athlete first learn trampoline safety, such as how to mount the
trampoline, how to stop bouncing safely, and how to dismount the trampoline.
Floor tumbling skills consist of strength and control maneuvers such as rolls,
handstands, cartwheel and roundoffs working up to backhandsprings and
tucks. Tumblers progress up to advanced skills, such as whips and full
twisting somersaults, and increase pass intensity by working up to
combinations of eight skills performed consecutively without interrupting the
rhythm of the pass. Our student to teacher ratios for these classes are 8:1.
