Preschool Trampoline & Tumble (T&T): our Swivels T&T class is for 3-4 year old athletes that practice once per week for 45 minutes. This class works on beginner trampoline skills and safety skills. Tumbling skills, such as rolls, handstands, and cartwheels are taught using special preschool mats and stations. Our Bounders T&T class is designed for our 5-6 year old athletes that can practice once per week for 45 minutes. They also practice beginner trampoline and tumbling skills to develop muscle memory, strength, and flexibility.

Flippers T&T: our Flippers class meets once per week for one hour to perfect basic trampolining skills such as certain types of bounces, jumps and aerial positions. Tumbling skills will begin to include roundoffs, and progressions for the backhandspring. Students will begin to combine skills together to form routines. This class is for athletes who are between 7 and 10 years old. Ask about our BOYS ONLY Flippers class designed just for the guys!

Twisters T&T: this class is designed for athletes 9 to 13 years old, who are working on consecutive tumbling skill combinations, including backhandsprings, and forward tumbling skills such as the punch front and barani. Power is very important, as the tumbling passes begin without a run, and must be initiated from a power hurdle. We encourage athletes to perfect their snap down, set, tumbling rhythm and positions during skill performances. On trampoline events, athletes will begin to perform multiple somersault rotations, for example: an athlete will work on combining a back tuck to front tuck, or back tuck to barani tuck, all of which require great space awareness. Performing skills such as these will enable athletes to jump consistently and increase the athletes swing time (the ability to move smoothly from one skill to another during a trampoline routine). Athletes in this class practice for one hour once per week. All skills are perfected with a spotter or performed into the pit until the athlete is able to perform the skill independently and safely.

Prep-Team: our Prep Team is a new class designed to teach T&T athletes what it would be like to practice with our competition team and compete. Athletes must try out for a position on our team and team evaluations are held during July through December of each year. While an athlete is awaiting an evaluation, he can get a jump start by practicing at this time to learn all of the skills necessary for competition. Athletes will begin to learn and perform routines on all three events to see at which level they could begin competition. Some may start off as high as Level 4 or Level 6. This class is for serious athletes that really want to compete, are between the ages of 6 years and 12 years, and can be available to practice once a week for one hour.
