Mom & Tot Playgroup: our mom & tot class is an open gym for tots & their parents that
lasts for 45 minutes and meets once per week. The fee is just $5 each time you attend a class.
Parents and their tots explore together in the gym environment and perform skills on the
tumbling apparatus, pit, trampoline and in the bounce house. This class is for children under 3
years and will prepare little athletes to venture into a class, without the help of mom or dad, by
the time they are 4 years old. Having a parent or caregiver participate with the child encourages
independence and exploration. As these mini athletes develop they will become comfortable
with the gym, equipment and instructors. Music games, coordination games and tumbling
maneuvers will be practiced each class. Bring your toddler or your whole playgroup!
Tumble Tots: a movement and music class, this class is designed to encourage toddlers
to follow the instructor with the encouragement of the toddler's parent or guardian. This class
meets for 45 minutes, once a week and will practice stretching exercises, ballet exercises
through dance & movement, and body awareness learned by performing tumbling skills circuit
style. Endurance, memorization and coordination will be taught using music such as "Freeze",
"Animal Action", and "Bean Bag Boogie". Also, games such as the Hokey Pokey will help
children isolate muscle movement and distinguish right & left. This class is for children who
can do well in a structured class, are 18 months to 3 years and have a participating parent.
Tumble Tykes: we offer three different preschool tumbling classes for your tiny tumbler.
Each toddler tumbling class meets once a week for 45 minutes and is for young tumblers 3
years to 5 years old. Our
Upsidedowner class is structured for our 3 year olds just learning to
roll, cartwheel and get upsidedown! Our 4 year old class is our
Somersaults class, as the
athletes in this class are developing enough strength to somersault, handstand and bridge.
Our 5 year olds begin bridge downs, kickovers and backhandsprings, this class is
appropriately named the
Handspringers class! Athletes in these classes will also use our mini
beam and single bar to perform balancing and strengthening skills during classes.
Jr. Tumble: Junior Tumble participants are 6 years old to 10 years old and will be working
on all beginner tumbling skills from the front roll to the handstand. This class will practice once
a week for one hour. Forward and backward somersaults, bridge downs, bridge kickovers,
handstands, front limbers, carthwheels and roundoffs are just a few of the very important skills
that athletes will learn. Athletes will practice strength and flexibility moves to promote muscle
growth and elasticity. Ask about our BOYS ONLY Jr. Tumble class for your little guy!
Jr. Advanced Tumble: Junior Advanced Tumblers are ages 7 years to 11 years and
practice once a week for an hour. This group of athletes has strong basics, including
handstands, roundoffs and bridge kickovers, and are ready to perform backhandsprings. Each
class, students will go over basics skills and practice drills for backhandsprings. Some
athletes at this level begin connecting the roundoff  backhandspring and will begin to work tucks.

Beginner Tumble: We have beginner
tumbling classes for athletes 11 years to
15 years old that meet once or twice per a
week for an hour. Athletes can sign up for
our
Silver Beginner Tumbling class if they
have not worked on backhandsprings
before, or our
Gold Beginner Tumbling
class if they have worked backhandsprings
previously and just need a bit more
practice.
All athletes at this level will be working on
standing backhandsprings, roundoff
backhandsprings, multiple
backhandspring combinations, jump
tumble combinations, and will need these
skills on the floor before advancing to the
next level.
Intermediate Tumble: Our intermediate
class is for athletes who have mastered a
roundoff backhandspring and are working on
their standing backtuck, roundoff
backhandspring backtuck, layouts, and multiple
backhandspring passes which end in a back
tuck, pike or layout. Also, front tumbling such as
the front handspring, will be practiced. Athletes
will work on standing backhandspring backtucks,
and jump tumble combinations. This class
meets once per week for one hour and is usually
for athletes 11-15 years, but occasionally we
come across a super-talented younger athlete,
who would also be invited to join this class!
Advanced Tumble: Our advanced
tumblers have great backhanspring
basics and can complete backtucks
and back layouts from a roundoff
backhandspring. In this class we work
on full twisting somersaults, double
twisting somersaults, arabian
somersaults, punch fronts, and the
barani. Also, we will teach athletes
how to perform whips when ready, and
practice bounding skills in tumbling
passes on the rod floor. Athletes, ages
11 years to 17 years, in this class
meet for one hour. Please call in for a
current schedule of this class type.
